Situated just five miles south of Birmingham city centre, Kings Heath is a popular shopping destination with shops ranging from supermarkets and chain stores, to independent butchers, bakeries and greengrocers. This central shopping area lies on the High Street and Alcester Road.
It also home to two parks, a number of pubs, churches and schools which are centred around the High Street.

The A435 runs through Kings Heath and links with the M42, M5 and M6 motorway networks. It is also serviced by National Express West Midlands bus routes which provides additional transport links.
